British Columbia, Canada, with the purpose of serving authentic Indian Cuisine to

and cater to interests of food connoisseurs.

Chef Ankush with extensive experience in Food & Beverage and Catering
enterprise, with a strong foundation of culinary knowledge from the
prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, India. His career
rose when he worked for some of the multinational hotel chains like
Hyatt hotels and Old World Hospitality where he catered to the diplomats,
bureaucrats, many renowned personalities and leisure clientele across
the world. Producing food for fine-dining to banquets, events, and catering
is his forte. He has overwhelmed the lovely Fraser Valley’s people with
his exceptional cooking skills and flavor. He now brings his SPICE KITCHEN
to satisfy your Indian food-loving taste buds by means of his extraordinary
culinary skills. He masters the art of cooking from local produce while using
home ground spices and uniquely customized mysterious ingredients.
